The Preble Shawnee National Honor Society will be hosting its annual blood drive on Wednesday, April 9 from 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M.  Appointments to donate may be made with Miss Fallang in the junior/senior high school or online at http://www.donortime.com/.

 

Donors must be at least sixteen years old and bring a picture ID with their full name and date of birth on it.  Sixteen-year-old donors are required to bring a signed Parental Consent Form that indicates their parent/guardian has read the Parental Information Letter and gives consent.
